Responsibilities of the Finance and Investment Committee

• Serve as a think-tank on sourcing of income for the Foundation.
• Design modalities for collection of contribution from members and ensure regular collection of the contribution from members.
• Organize and collect donations, gifts and endowments on behalf of the Foundation from members of the society.
• Custodian of all cheque books and monies of the Foundation.
• Deposit all monies collected in any of the official bank accounts of the Foundation.
  
• Pay out money on authorized expenditures.
  
• Keep up-to-date records of all financial transactions of the Foundation.
  
• Propose viable business ventures into which the Foundation would invest.
  
• Keep proper record of all the business transactions of the Foundation.
  
• Provide a comprehensive financial report to the Board quarterly and to the Congress annually.
