Responsibilities of the Board of Trustees
Be the administrative organ of the Foundation.
Formulate policies and programmes, and observe implementation of same for the attainment of the Foundation aims and objectives.
Acquire and dispose of properties on behalf of the Foundation in consultation with the members.
Safeguard the properties, protect and promote the ideals of the Foundation.
Appoint members of statutory committees of the Foundation.
Consider and approve annual budgets of Committees of the Foundation.
Appoint external auditors for auditing of the Foundation accounts.
Engage, employ or contract with any person whom it considers fit to help in the attainment of the Foundation aims and objectives.
Disengage the services of any person whom it considers unfit to help in the attainment of the Foundation aims and objectives.
Present periodic report of activities to members.
Review of the Foundation Constitution when the need arises.
Consider and treat accordingly any issue that fall into the Board purview.
